Your customers will appreciate the offer, and they let you upsell them while they’re there
But what about a geo-based notification? Send that “free chips” notification when your customers get within walking distance of your restaurant. You might just sell more milkshakes with those chips…

Many brands have begun to publish new apps which cater towards audiences who enjoy AR content. With a little creativity, this can work for a wide range of brands:
A furniture company could provide an AR app that allows you to see how your new couch will look in your home. A make-up brand could use AR to let you experience a lipstick on your skin before you buy it online. As Pokémon Go showed us, AR has global appeal. And it could take your product to the global stage…
Live streaming will expand as a digital trend in 2017. Facebook and Instagram notify users when their friends start a live video so naturally it’s amazing for engagement. On Facebook, you can watch the reactions come in along the bottom of the screen as the video plays out. It comes as no surprise, then, that it’s not just bloggers on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube that are using this feature. Politicians and celebrities use these features for real-time Q&As that give them control over the content. It not only gives them great engagement, but it gives them greater control over the content as compared to a TV Q&A. And much cheaper than buying a slot on TV….
